Our little man had surgery on Tuesday. They put in tubes and took out tonsils and adenoids. I was very nervous about the whole thing and prayed for him to do well. I didn't know if I would be able to handle watching the pain I was told he could be in right after surgery. God is good and answered our prayers. He gave us an amazing ENT who did the surgery quickly and well. He slept all morning due to the pain medication, which was such a blessing because when he woke up, he was not in much pain at all. He started drinking and eating popsicles. Our ENT was going to keep us overnight, but since Cadon pulled out his own IV, was doing so well and asked to go home, he let us. Thank you to our friends and family who called and came by. It meant more than you know!

Oh my goodness, I didn't know when this was happening. I am so glad it went well. The hardest part is the anticipation!
Mia just looked at your blog and said, "Why have I not seen Emily in so long?" All I could say is, "Good question."
We need to get these two girly girls together soon!
Andrea, I am so sorry I completely missed that you guys were going thru this. I can imagine that must have been so scary for you and him. I am glad it all went very well. Keep us updated. I appreciate your emails and meal set up for us, especially since you were going through all of this.
