Forget the snow, in my house spring is here. I enjoy working in my flower beds, picking our flowers, deciding how to lay it out and then watching them grow. This year I thought it would be neat and a money saver to start some of my plants from seeds. The kids helped me pick out some flowers, we planted them and two weeks later this is what we have. I am so excited. They are our "baby flowers" and we can't wait to plant them outside in a few weeks!

Andrea-what are those peat pots you have them in? They are shaped differently than any I've seen and wondered where you got them or what they are.

Oh my goodness...good for you! I planted tulip bulbs last fall (before Jackson was born) and I'm a little giddy about seeing them come up!
Jane, I got them at walmart. You add water and they expand and you plant the seeds in them. I bought a couple different kinds and they are my favorite. They are made by Jiffy.
