We made it. There were tears, shed only by mom. We took her, dropped her off, peeked in a couple of time, went to a BOO HOO breakfast and came home. I nervously cleaned for an hour before it was time to go pick her up again, and loved seeing that smiley face and have her jump in the car to tell me about her day. WE MADE IT!!!
Emily, you are so loved. You are growing in so many ways right before our eyes. I remember so vividly feeling the first time you moved inside me, the first time I saw your face. I have loved watching all you milestones. Today was a big one, SCHOOL! I can't believe you are old to enough. You did great!!!
You have such a wonderful heart. You make friends so easily and are kind to everyone. You have a hunger to learn. Never lose these! You love God and that is my greatest joy. Always keep him inside you, helping you in whatever do.

Our sweet grown-up Emily. You can't be old enough to go to school, seems like only yesterday we were holding you for the first time. Keep your zeal for learning and loving OUR GOD. Love you princess. Keep smiling that beautiful smile.
