We made Jack O Lanterns with the kids last night. It was so much fun!!! They had the most fun seeing them lit up. We all picked out the faces, drew them on and cut them out. Neither one liked the gooey insides and didn't want to try cinnamon and sugar roasted pumpkin seeds, but Mom and Dad had a blast. I think they like pumpkins with candy inside the best!! Happy Halloween!!!!

I think it was great that you carved the pumpkins with them, most parents do not take the time for that. I may have to have your recipe for the seeds, we just have plain ole roasted ones.
